The program lasted for 4 months and during that time the candidates went through specific sectors where they were trained for further work.
The final exam was held today, December 20, in the presence of representatives of the Youth Office, as well as mentors who selflessly shared their knowledge with the candidates.
The aim of the project is to re-qualify and retrain unemployed young people for certain occupations they need to facilitate the employment in the private sector. The Solaris Resorts Team is very proud of the candidates’ acquired knowledge so employment has been offered to certain candidates.
