Rules of conduct
Dear guests,
Please take an insight into the House Rules and act in accordance with the enlisted requests, so that we can altogether make your stay in Solaris Resorts a pleasant experience:
- The reception desk working hours: 00:00h to 24:00h;
- Only the guests regularly checked at the reception, which requires a valid personal id document, can use the accommodation;
- All the guests are obliged to keep their assigned ID cards when attending wellness centre or the restaurant;
- The suites check-in hour is at 14:00h and on, and the suites check-out hour ends at 11:00h in the morning;
- When leaving the suite, please lock the door and leave the key at the reception desk;
- Staying in the suite after 11:00h will be considered a deliberate guest’s intention to prolong the stay at the hotel, which will be additionally charged according to the current price list;
- Heaters, irons and other devices that could start a fire, and not provided within the inventory, are forbidden in the accommodation;
- In case of fire, please see the evacuation plan provided in your accommodation. In addition to that, please let the personnel know about the emergency as soon as possible;
- There is an assortment of beverages in your minibar the consumption of which is charged according to the current price list. Please inform the personnel at the reception desk on the consumption of those beverage;
- The guests are obliged to take care of the inventory, installations and devices in the accommodation. Any damage will be charged according to the inventory price list. It’s our guests’ responsibility to check the inventory at their disposal right after they enter the accommodation and any damage immediately report to the personnel;
- Should any visits occur, those have to be reported to the reception desk with personal id card or any other valid personal document;
- The guests must not cause any noise and obstruct the tranquil atmosphere in the resort;
- The guests must be decently dressed while walking the public space in the resort;
- Bringing your pets if not previously arranged during the reservation procedure is strictly prohibited;
- Solaris Resorts provide you with the laundry services according to the current price list included in the information brochure.

Our personnel is at your disposal for any help or information you require during the stay in our hotel.
There follow the rules of conduct in wellness centre:
- WORKING HOURS every day 10:00 to 21:00.
- GUEST REGISRTATION – before you enter wellness centre you are obliged to show your identity card at the reception (for the guests of the hotel) and fill in the form for a child. After the registration, the guest gets a personal locker wristband. During your visit to the wellness centre you are obliged to wear the wristband all the time. If you choose not to wear it, the hotel staff should not take responsibility for your belongings in the locker. You are not allowed to wear the wristband out of the wellness centre.
- CLOTHING – swimming suits are mandatory. The nudity is forbidden. You will get the rest of the accessories like towels, slippers and a bathrobe in the wellness centre.
- CHILDREN IN WELLNESS CENTRE – children up to 12 years old are allowed to use the salt water pool and a salt room only accompanied by parents from 10 to 18h. Children up to 12 years old are not allowed for the following: heated benches, Finnish sauna, Russian sauna, Turkish bath, ice machine, Jacuzzi, aroma shower therapy. Children younger than 3 must wear swim diapers due to sanitary rules.
- SPECIFY ANY HELATH ISSUES – if you have any health issues, please specify those while booking to evade undesired consequences or to get a proper advice from some of our professional staff members.
- VALUABLE BELONGINGS – in order to evade the unnecessary stress, please do not bring your valuable belongings to the wellness centre. Our staff should not be responsible for it.
- CHOOSE THE BEST FOR YOURSELF – no matter if it is music, light, conversation, or silence during the treatment or massage, please address to the staff. We are there to adjust to your particular desires and needs and make your stay in our hotel as pleasant as possible.
- MUTUAL RESEPCT – we highly recommend to leave your cell phones in the room/suite or in the locker. If you have to bring it to the wellness centre, we insist you should be considerate to others in the wellness centre as well. The phones should be in silent modes and the conversations as quiet as possible. Taking photos is allowed only if it is not compromising privacy of other guests. Those disobeying these rules will be warned or asked to leave.
- BOOKING THE TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES – it’s advisable to book your treatment or massage term a day or two days in advance so that you make sure you get the exact treatment you need. Consult with the staff and pick carefully. Please take care to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment. In case you are late, the time provided for your treatment will be shortened and will last shorter than usually. Please be patient while making reservations, so that you can get all the necessary information and eliminate the possibility for any misunderstandings (concerning for example – massage duration, intensity or similar…)
- CANCEL THE TRETMENT OR MASSAGE – if it happens that you can’t make it and you have to cancel the previously booked treatment, please let us know as soon as possible.
- FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN WELLNESS CENTRE – you can be served drinks but only by the hotel personnel according to the actual price list
- RENOVATIONS/REPAIRS – the hotel management can close a part of the wellness zone or even the entire zone in order to repair or renovate sudden and unpredicted works and other emergencies.
- USEFUL ADVICE:
- Showers are mandatory before any service or treatment.
- Please do not eat at least 1h before the scheduled treatment.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Wellness centre is a non-smoking area.
- Do not shave or depilate 2hrs before the scheduled treatment.
- Take enough liquid.
- ECO ADVICE – respect your environment. Save through water consumption.
- SITUATIONS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGULATION LIST - hotel manager will define such situations ad hoc.
